The members on the attached have won prizes this year which will either be a single voucher for the whole sum or split as set out below. If your name is listed, then you must advise the Treasurer ( treasurer@easthampsteadgolfclub.co.uk ) of your choice by November 15th; the default is a Pro Shop voucher.
If you cannot be there on the evening to collect your prize, inform a committee member that you cannot attend or, arrange for another club member to collect your prize – if you fail to do this you will forfeit your prize.
Your options are:
- a) Club 2022 Membership Voucher (up to a value of £80)
- b) Club Voucher specific re Purse, Tour, Awayday, OR Away Weekend only
- c) Pro Shop voucher
- d) American Golf voucher
You can select a) and the balance from b) c) or d); or if you do not select a) then you can only select b) c) or d). You cannot select all 4 options.
